Prior to your clean, you will receive reminder email that includes the name of your cleaner.
Will you deal with my real estate agent if needed?
Absolutely. If they request any follow-up tasks, unlike other cleaners, we will return to complete any cleaning task to help ensure your bond is refunded.
Who is eligible for NDIS funded cleaning services?
Anyone with an approved NDIS plan that includes funding for assistance with daily living or household tasks may be eligible for cleaning services. This can include participants living independently, with family or in shared arrangements.
What tasks are typically included in NDIS cleaning?
Common tasks include vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting, laundry and changing bed linen. Services can be tailored based on the participant’s needs and the details in their plan.
Can I choose when the cleaning happens?
Yes. Most NDIS cleaning providers offer flexible scheduling to suit your routine, preferences or support plan. You can usually arrange weekly, fortnightly or one off visits, depending on what works best for you.
You can reschedule your service through by calling us or emailing us. We do need 24 hours notice. If we turn up to do the service and cant get access or you need to reschedule, we may not be able to refund you but will try and accommodate a reschedule if we can.
How do I know my cleaner is trustworthy?
We take the recruitment of new cleaners very seriously and invest significant amounts of energy into it. Recruitment is a multi-staged process and all cleaners are vetted before performing any services.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Let us know. We’re happy to return and address any reasonable concerns flagged by your agent or landlord.
